At Auguste, we offer event owners a simple way to discover ideas for corporate events, client-centric events, business meetings and company parties by browsing our curated event marketplace. Each curated event is an embodiment of awesome venue, great food and unique experience that is memorable and more often than not, the talk of the town.
Experiences listed on Auguste are based on market rate and sometimes exclusive to Auguste. We do not charge any booking fees.
Discover awesome events and unique experiences by browsing our website based on event types and event purposes. You can book events instantly by searching real time available events by group size, date and location. In addition, you can contact Auguste by completing the form, chatting or emailing us. After your event has been purchased, you will have access to our event management tools that will help you create guestlist, send digital invitation and track RSVP.
Find your preferred event through our website. Check availability by inputting your group size, date and time. Checkout, make payment and look forward to a wonderful event.
We will advise to book based on your best estimate number of attendees. While we can usually help to accommodate the increase the group size (Subject to availability), we will not be able to decrease the group size after booking is confirmed.

Please contact your account manager and we will liaise with the venue partner to reschedule the date. Rescheduling is subjected to the venue’s terms and conditions.
Subjected to availability, you can usually increase but not decrease the group size post-booking. Please contact your account manager and he/she will help to liaise with the venue partner to accommodate the group size changes. You will need to pay for the additional headcount.
You should contact your account manager for any changes to the F&B menu. He/She will be able to facilitate the changes. You are highly encouraged to make the changes in advance to avoid disappointment. If food and drinks are ordered during the event, payment will be made during event.
Please contact your account manager and he/she will liaise with the venue partner to accommodate the request for duration changes, subject to the venue’s availability. You will need to pay for the additional duration.
You will receive an email confirmation after payment has been completed. You will then receive a follow-up email from your account manager for the event. You can login to your Auguste’s account to view your events and access your event management tool to create your guestlist, send digital invitation and monitor the RSVP.

If your event is within 48 hours post booking and at least 14 days from the event date, you will receive a full refund.
If your event is more than 48 hours post booking or within 48 hours but less than 14 days from event date, auguste will try to recover the payment from the venue partner. However, Auguste will charge a 20% service fee of the payment recovered.
Experience enhancements are add-on to your base experience with our venue partner. These enhancements makes your event even more special and unique. You can use experience enhancement to create a unique theme to your base event. They can be booked separately and independently from your base event.

It is free to list your events and experiences on Auguste website. We do not charge any upfront fee. We help you to market and sell your events and experience to corporate businesses to boost your sales. We also help you to create unique experiences that are repeatable.
